Step 1

Purchase MDA Approved Test Kit

You can get your RTK-Ag Test Kits at any pharmacies or even some convenient stores in Malaysia. If you’re travelling out from Malaysia, it is highly advisable to purchase RTK-Ag Nasal Test Kits.

Step 2

Download CLEADOC App & Register Account

CLEADOC app can be downloaded in Apple Store, Google Play & Huawei Gallery. For registration, do ensure Full Name & IC/Passport is as per registered in MySejahtera profile, to enable the result to link.

Step 3

Start Screening

Watch the full guided process to start a test. i. Show Test Kit with TAC Code written on cassette ii. Make sure test area is visible iii. Perform test as per instruction manual of test kit iv. Mixing the buffer & Drip buffer sample mixture onto test cassette v. Click “COMPLETE” after all procedures done vi. After 10 minutes, take a picture of test cassette, sign & submit

Step 4

Wait For Doctor’s Verification

During doctor’s verification hours (8am – 10pm), our promise lead time is within 3 hours. Submission after 10pm will receive verification the next day. Sit back, relax, and await your doctor’s approval.

Step 5

Download Clinic Report

You will get your report in-app after doctor verified your test. Panel doctor will also update to MySejahtera according to your CLEA ID.
