Find CLEADOC app on Play Store and App Store. Verify your identity through KYC using your ID. This information is encrypted and kept secured in our servers.
Choose the consultation service you need. Optional Secret Patient feature available for consultation without revealing your identity to doctors and saving chat record.
Pay through online payment, or redeem a consultation with purchased CLEA credit. CLEADOC app will then automatically search for the best available doctor to attend to you.
Inform the doctor your concern and seek professional advice. Prescription, medical certificate, and referral letter will be saved to your CLEADOC account if applicable.

All panel doctors of Virtual Doctors are carefully selected by CLEADOC’s doctors’ management team, led by our Medical Director. All panel doctors are accredited by the Malaysian Ministry of Health (MoH).

KYC is the process of identifying and verifying the identity of patients who are seeking telemedicine services. This process aims to ensure that the patient receiving telemedicine care is indeed who they say they are and that their personal information is protected.
All your information are stored securely on our encrypted cloud server, only accessible by doctors or medical personnel when necessary. All the doctors and medical personnel are bound to non-disclosure agreements. We also implement additional controls and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
You have absolute anonymity in Secret Patient mode. Your consulting doctor will not be able to see your face nor has access to your personal information. Feel free to voice out your predicaments and concerns to the doctor at no risk nor prejudice.
